Salaried Employee Benefits include:
- Blue Cross/Blue Shield CareFirst Medical & Vision Plan: single coverage is paid for by TSGi. Long/short-term disability and dental plans are also available at employee's expense.
- Life and Long Term Disability insurance coverage paid for by the company for all full time employees. Life insurance coverage is based on one times the employee’s annual salary.
- 401K Plan: is available for all regular salaried employees. A variety of investment options are available to meet your investment needs.
- Paid Company Holidays & Personal Days: Standard holidays are offered along with two (2) floating holidays each year.
- Paid Vacation: is offered for all salaried employees and increases after two (2) years of continuous service. TSGi allows regular salaried employees to roll over a maximum of 40 hours of vacation to the next calendar year.
