Oracle Applications Training

The Squires Group provided Oracle Applications training to employees on a nation-wide basis and implemented Oracle Financials version 11.5.10 modules, including GL, AR, AP, PO and Budgeting. The client was looking for an organization well versed in Oracle Applications Training. With our strong past performance in Oracle Applications, we were invited to bring in a team of expert trainers.
All classes were team-taught by at least 2 instructors across an 8-week period. The AP team taught 5 classes training over 100 students. End users were trained in multiple US locations to use Oracle Payables. The Squires team developed Oracle Payables training and documentation for instructor-led classes. We also collaborated with functional leads to ensure that training documentation was accurate and adhered to current business processes. Our AR and PO training team also developed the training documentation and conducted multiple training classes in various locations nationwide.
As a result of our efforts: The client was able to provide valuable training to its end-users nationwide and ensure buy in from the users, which is critical to the success of any large IT implementation project. They now have functional training materials and documentation for future training sessions.
