- I-9: This is the employment eligibility verification form that has to be filled out by the employee and the designated Squires Group representative. New employees need to bring their driver's license and passport/proof of citizenship or naturalization along with this form, with Section I completed prior to their first day at work. - W4 Tax Form: Employees must fill in and fax the W4 form back to The Squires Group prior to their start date and each time their dependant status changes. W4 Tax Form
- State Tax Form: Employees must fill in and fax the appropriate state tax form to The Squires Group prior to their start date and each time they move to a different state or change their dependant status.

- Employee Payroll Information Sheet: This information is required to set up payroll for all new employees. It needs to be filled in and faxed to The Squires Group prior to their start date. Employee Payroll Information Sheet
- Direct Deposit Form: This information is required to set up payroll direct
deposit. Employees must fill in the Direct Deposit section of the form and
attach a blank voided check for each of the accounts selected. Employees must
sign the form and fax it along with the voided check(s) to The Squires Group
