PeopleSoft Payroll Conversion

Over the course of one year, we provided a strong team to support the conversion of the PeopleSoft Human Resources Payroll module to the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) payroll system.

Our team members participated in the design, development, and testing of the new payroll interface. Upon completion of this major effort, we continued with the project to assist in completing the numerous change requests that had accumulated during the payroll conversion effort.

As a result of our efforts…the client was able to implement an outbound and inbound payroll interface between the PeopleSoft HR system and the DFAS payroll system. This work was accomplished on time and within the budget established for the project. Our teams’ contribution helped the client win the highest award, a Federal Gold Star, for outstanding project performance.
