PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management (SCM) Implementation

We were asked to provide a team to assist a major civilian agency to implement a PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management (SCM) solution. The client was required to streamline business processes and provide the agency with a modernized system based on the best commercial practices encapsulated within PeopleSoft. Our team was asked to identify and provided senior PeopleSoft DBA’s and Systems Administrators in support of this effort.
Our team was required to reduce cost and processing time in their logistics system by implementing a fully integrated enterprise-wide SCM and PeopleSoft Financials system.
As a result of our efforts… our client was able to provide the technology to integrate stovepipe functions and adopt best practices. They replaced many paper-based logistics practices with start-to-finish electronic solutions. The enterprise wide supply chain system provided a efficient process, which significantly reduced administrative burden, while simultaneously providing for more accurate and complete financial reporting.
