Client: Defense Agency
In support of a major defense agency, The Squires Group staff is assisting our client to implement a PeopleSoft Human Capital Management project. This project will create a fully integrated Human Resource Information System. Our staff is participating in various aspects of the system development life-cycle including business process analysis, product configuration, extension development, testing, and implementation. We are also providing critical support in the areas of EPM, Global Payroll, Time & Labor, Benefits Administration, Self Service (Member and Manager), ePerformance and ELM.
On this project, our consultants have also contributed in defining Security roles, and integration of Global Payroll and Commitment Control applications. This includes development of a custom process to send Payroll data into the Financial systems. We were also involved in developing and configuring system rules, employee extensions, and promotions.
As a result of our efforts… we assisted our client in supporting the largest, fully-integrated human resources information management system in the world. This system will provide improved processes and deliver timely and accurate pay and benefits to all Service Members and their families worldwide.
