Our client was in need of professionals that could keep up with the hectic pace of the day-to-day operations of their media conglomerate and its worldwide subsidiaries. Our consultants to were actively involved in the implementation and Production Support of PeopleSoft HR 8.8 Ben Admin, Base Benefits, Open Enrolment, Payroll, Payroll Interface, Security, and PS Portal.
Our duties included configuration & set up for core HR, Base Benefits, Benefits Admin, Payroll, and Security for new program/companies in addition to annual changes. We were also responsible for conducting fit gaps analysis for new and continuing initiatives, developing both functional and technical requirements/specifications documentation, and develop test case scenarios.
Our consultants also wrote interface file for Social Security validation to comply with IRS and/or INS audit regulations. They also added security and run controls on various SQRs to comply with SQX requirements.
As a result of our efforts…our client was able to streamline their processes by automating various functions. They were also able to comply with IRS/INS audit regulations.
