As part of their transition to a SAAS model, our client, a global financial services firm was looking to add a strong Change Management and Training expert to help roll out the full functionality of Workday and assist their user base in the transition away from PeopleSoft.
After the Workday functionality was configured, our client needed a Change Management and Training expert that would help them with the creation of instructional design (utilizing UPerform) and would conduct computer based training in classroom training sessions.
