Recipe Corner – Strawberry Trifle

Strawberry Trifle
1 pound of strawberries, diced
16 oz tub of Cool Whip
Large box of instant vanilla pudding mix
1 pound cake, cut into small chunks
14 oz can Sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp almond extract
1 ½ cups cold water

Mix water, sweetened condensed milk, almond extract and pudding mix together. Chill in the refrigerator for 5 minutes, no more, no less.
Fold in Cool Whip to pudding mixture
In trifle bowl (can use wineglasses too!), layer pudding, cake, strawberries, ending with pudding on top
Add diced strawberries to top for garnish
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving
