Ingredients:
1 (16 oz.) pkg. orzo pasta, cooked
2 whole chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped cucumber, optional
2 cups halved grapes, red or green seedless
½ cup sliced almonds, toasting the almonds is optional
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all of the above and toss with dressing.
Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons wine vinegar
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
2 Tablespoons sugar
Whisk together. Toss with salad. Cover and chill.
