We are proud to announce that Joe Jerz has been named “Consultant of the Quarter” for his outstanding work supporting one of our energy clients in the Mid-Atlantic region. Our client came to us because they had an ongoing complex reconciliation issue that they needed to solve.
Through the use of our extensive networks, our Resource Team was able to identify Joe who then joined our client in early 2016 as the Finance PMP consultant responsible for overseeing their Accounts Receivable (AR) Diligence Program.
This project is being led by the Director of Financial Reporting at our client. “Joe has hit the ground running and brought a lot of energy to the project, so we’re very happy with him,” was the feedback provided by the Director. Joe has made a big impact in resolving the AR reconciliation issue and is now involved in streamlining the processes so as to avoid this problem in the future.
As part of this project, Joe is working in a variety of areas to help our client reconcile, close their books and improve cost control based on Audit findings. He is touching a number of operational areas from a finance and cost perspective. He is also very engaged in the impacts and changes that the upcoming ERP implementation will bring to those processes.
In fact, the Director has been so impressed with Joe’s success with the project that he recently engaged us to help fill another critical accounting position for one of his teams.
According to MaryAnn McClayton, our Resource Manager who first reached out to Joe for this project, and Eric Galasso, our President who works closely with our client on an ongoing basis, Joe is a top flight subject matter expert in this area. He is also thorough, hardworking, professional, and really just a pleasure to work with.
Congratulations to Joe for this outstanding contribution, his hard work, leadership and professionalism!
