ANNAPOLIS, MD, September 14, 2016 – The Squires Group, Inc. (TSGi) today announced that it has rehired Paul Noble as a Senior Resource Manager to further bolster our Resource Management team.
“After a brief hiatus, we are pleased to see Paul rejoin us so he can pick back up on his successful six year track record with our team,” says Eric Galasso, President of TSGi.
Paul brings over 11 years of high level IT resource management experience to TSGi. His ability to listen to and understand candidates’ and clients’ wants and needs are his biggest assets to his success. “Not trying to force matches” is what helps him in developing a trusted relationship. He also loves to immerse himself in the ever-evolving technical landscape.
“What I admire about Paul is that he likes challenges. He doesn’t get fazed by the fear of trying to find the right candidate for our clients’ hard-to-fill positions. In fact, the challenge inspires him to put in the extra effort to find the right talent for our clients,” says Eric.
A native of Wales (UK), Paul is a passionate fan of soccer and rugby and also a keen follower of cricket and boxing. Prior to moving to the U.S., Paul worked for The British Government and Sir Richard Branson’s Virgin Group.
