Resource Manager 
Sharon brings 17 years of IT Recruiting experience to The Squires Group team. Originally from Arkansas, Sharon lived in Texas for 23 years prior to relocating to the Baltimore area to be closer to her family.
Sharon is an AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) and has experience working with large clients in healthcare, insurance, retail, telecommunications, IT and beverages industries. She served as a Recruiting Manager for 7 years at Paladin Consulting in Dallas. In addition to her technical recruiting background she previously worked as an Allied Health Recruiter, working for physical rehabilitation facilities, and serving as Employment Manager for a hospital in Texas.
Sharon really enjoys recruiting because of the interaction she has with candidates. This interaction gives her the ability to help the candidate discover the right opportunity that meets their career goals while meeting the specific needs of our clients.

How I let my hair down – I like spending time with family and dogs – Missy and Sissy. I love history and enjoy all the history this area has to explore. I enjoy reading books and discussing them with the book club.
