Please join us in congratulating Patrice M., our 2022 Q2 “Consultant of the Quarter,” for her outstanding contributions supporting a high-performing Business Development Sales team with one of the largest utility companies in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Month after month, Patrice has been key in providing cross-functional support to our client’s top performing Business Development Managers. This includes processing RFPs, compiling utility information, assembling and entering pricing data, presenting pricing for energy products, compiling contract documents, and various post-sales coordination. As a Business Development Sales Support professional, Patrice fills in for the Business Development Managers when they travel or are out of the office. This includes handling pricing and contract requests as well as being the primary point of contact for their brokers.
Over and above her excellent Business Development support, Patrice has also taken on a key role in training several new hires. She happily fields questions from her team and is willing to cover for them when they are out of the office. Patrice has consistently received outstanding feedback from her Manager, the Director, and her teammates. In fact, one of the Business Development Managers stated that Patrice’s quality of work has allowed her to feel comfortable being out in the field on sales calls, thus maximizing her production. Another Business Development Manager called Patrice a “Miracle Worker” for recently assisting a broker when most of the team was on early vacation prior to a holiday weekend.
Overall, Patrice finds joy in solving problems and data issues. She strongly believes that everything always balances out – you just need to focus on finding the “how!” There is rarely a dull moment for her, and she learns something new daily. According to her, the utility industry is constantly changing and never gets boring—which is exactly how she likes it!
