Consultant of the Quarter – Two Winners! (Q4 2023)

For the first time in our company history, we had a tie for our Consultant of the Quarter Award! So instead of holding a tie breaker vote, we made the decision to recognize both of our consultants. This was an easy decision since both have made stellar contributions to our client’s success.

Kingsley, our Project Manager, has rapidly emerged as one of our client’s standout performers. He consistently delivers top-tier results, reflecting not only his dedication, but his excellent project management qualities as well.

In his first year with TSGi, Kingsley has not only excelled in his work but has also earned additional professional certifications. Here’s what our client had to say about his performance:

  • Kingsley holds the distinction of being the top PM in his group.
  • He consistently closes out projects on-time, more so than any other PM at our client.
  • Kingsley exhibits exceptional skills in managing his projects’ financial constraints.

Outside of work, Kingsley devotes his time to his young family and the pursuit of further professional training and education. We greatly admire his unwavering dedication to his profession, his clients and his family!

Don, an ERP technical subject matter expert, has been a key resource for one of our federal projects since 2011. Because of his deep knowledge and dedication, Don has been the primary developer assigned to the tools upgrade to re-apply customizations. He also recently completed the implementation of mandatory Single Sign On (SSO) functionality by converting to Azure SSO. This simplifies access for ERP users at the federal agency. Finally, Don implemented the HTTPS Secure Socket Layer for increased security.

Don completed both of these projects while simultaneously rolling out the ERP tools upgrade. He had to work long evening and weekend hours to successfully deliver! His push and extra effort on these projects helped our systems integration partner deliver on important new government requirements.

His manager added that Don had to work with “several different groups to complete these projects, which was extremely challenging in terms of scheduling.” They went on to say that the “ERP tools upgrade project ran into several complex issues that Don was able to resolve because of his knowledge and expertise, which was a big reason why this project was successful.” Overall, Don has been an integral part of the success of these projects and deployments.

Congratulations to Kingsley and Don for their outstanding achievements and dedication to our clients’ success. We thank them for their commitment to delivering value and supporting their teams and for their tireless efforts to help our clients Build Great. We look forward to their continued success in leading their teams through future complex projects.
