Buffalo Cauliflower Buffalo Cauliflower

A great appetizer that is healthy to take to a party!

Ingredients:
Florets from 1 Head of Cauliflower
5 TBSP Olive Oil
1 TBSP Rice Wine Vinegar
1 TBSP Braggs Amino Soy Sauce
2 TBSP Sriracha

Mix the oil, vinegar, soy sauce, and Siracha. Add cauliflower and mix.

Bake at 400 for 20 -25 minutes. Turn half way through.

This dish can be served an appetizer with blue cheese dressing or as an entree on top of quinoa.
