We have worked with many consultants who have been “road warriors” flying to projects on a weekly basis and are away from home four to five days a week.
The challenge is to find local, long term projects that meet each individual’s career needs.
Our relentless focus on supporting the Mid-Atlantic region has given us the depth of local clients and projects that is unique to the area. So, while working with talented, traveling individuals, we can identify multiple local projects that might be a potential fit for them. In addition, we send out bi-weekly emails to all our potential candidates listing our local ERP and IT jobs. This keeps them posted on the local jobs on an ongoing basis.
As a result of our Resource Managers’ relationship with the traveling individuals and constant communication with them, we have successfully found local projects for many traveling consultants. In some cases, we have identified local projects for consultants and kept them close to home for over a decade.
