We have added two Resource Managers to our team! Dave Nodonly started with us in May and Colleen Freestate started with us in June.
A Baltimore native, Dave Nodonly brings over 25 years of experience in technical recruiting and talent solutions, with over 15 of those years working for Professional Services Solutions firms providing recruiting and subcontractor/teaming management for IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security programs. He has provided talent solutions to support federal, state & local governments, and Fortune 500 clients. His expertise in talent solutions includes the full-life cycle support from the gathering of the initial client requirements, to the management and retention of employees and/or teaming with partners supporting various client programs.
A cum laude graduate from the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a degree in Psychology, Dave will look to scale our expansion and add to our capabilities within the Cyber Security and Information Technology markets.
Dave currently lives on Kent Island, with his wife and their border collie Callie.
An Annapolis native, Colleen Freestate brings over a decade of Technical Recruiting, Talent Solutions and Human Resources experience to The Squires Group Team. Colleen is a Subject Matter Expert in finding IT talent within the cleared space. Colleen has provided talent solutions supporting several Federal projects within Federal Civilian, DoD, and Intel communities. Her expertise lies in sourcing candidates to support the projects through the entire SDLC process. Her qualifications and expertise in HR enables her to establish long- term relationships with the talent pool that she has connected with over the years.
An honor roll graduate from Vanderbilt University with a degree in Human and Organizational Development, Colleen will be actively supporting our growth in Cyber, IT and ERP Specialty areas.
Colleen and her husband recently moved to Annapolis after having lived in Washington DC for a decade.
