Resource Management Team
The Resource Management Team at The Squires Group is a group of skilled professionals who focus on candidate assessment and engagement. We use a consultative approach to sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates, capturing information about the skills and experience job seekers possess and determining how it aligns with open positions at client companies. We also factor in motivation and cultural fit, ensuring candidates are matches on every level.

Account Management Team
Our Account Management Team uses our In the Perfect Space methodology to become trusted advisors to our client companies. We aim to guide clients through market and compensation trends and learn the ins and outs of roles and company cultures to facilitate strong matches.
Additionally, we assist clients with interview scheduling and conduct follow-ups to learn more about the company’s ongoing needs and ensure they’re being met. Along with ongoing support, we assist clients with the nuances of hiring, including salary and compensation negotiations, to streamline and simplify the process.
Resource Support Team
The Resource Support Team at The Squires Group assists the Account Management and Resource Management teams in various ways. The team members source candidates, conduct reference checks, and handle initial candidate screenings.
Additionally, the Resource Support Team posts job ads to attract new candidates that meet the needs of our client companies. The team also manages our database of more than 100,000 active and passive candidates, ensuring critical details are updated when needed, relationships remain strong, and that candidate engagement remains high.
Our Operations Team plays a critical role, assisting with both the success of The Squires Group and that of our client companies and candidates. This team provides support and guidance throughout the new hire onboarding process. Additionally, they work with clients and the Account Management Team to assist with contract negotiations and agreement management.
The Operations Team is also responsible for providing consultant support in key areas. That includes general human resources, as well as clearances, payroll, benefits administration, timesheet management, background checks, and more.
