Helping our client as they transition from PeopleSoft to Workday
As part of the transition to a SAAS model, our client was looking to add a strong Change Management and Training expert to roll out the full functionality and assist the user base to transition from PeopleSoft to Workday HCM. After the Workday functionality was configured, our client needed a Workday change management and training expert that would help them with the creation of instructional design (using UPerform) and would conduct computer based training in classroom training sessions.
